Gallatin Passive House

Designed by North River Architecture, Vernacular Design built most of the cabinetry and built-in furniture, with steel by The Orchard Group and a HenryBuilt kitchen. Vernacular fabricated much of the custom cabinetry, architectural millwork, built-in furniture, and bespoke furnishings throughout the home, including white oak casework, exposed multi-ply trim, integrated lighting details, custom tables, seating, shelving, and bedroom furniture—all carefully crafted to support the architecture with warmth, precision, and everyday functionality.
